To Whom May It concern,
We request your company (Contractor) attend the competitive offer for Package no: Hazardous waste and Industrial waste collection, transportation and treatment services for Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Project at Dan Thanh commune, Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province. Package’s information as below:
Scope of work
The Contractor is required to arrange personnel, tools and specialized vehicles to loading, collect, transport and treat the Hazardous wastes and Industrial wastes of the Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Project according to the list and estimated quantity.
Legal requirements
- The Contractor must be granted a license to collect, transport and treat hazardous waste and industrial waste included in the above list as well as other waste according to the environmental protection Law and other current regulations.
- The transportation must meet the requirements specified in Article 37 of Circular 02/2022/TT-BTNMT and other applicable requirements.
- In the process of collecting, transporting, and treating waste, the Contractor must comply with applicable environmental protection regulations as well as security and order.
- Other legal requirements (if any)
Submission information
Documents required:
+ Proposal documents including Environmental commitment
+ Company Profile;
+ Draft Contract;
+ Other documents and certificates related to the proposal.
The above documents that are submitted after the deadline for submission will not be accepted. If the above documents are delayed due to the contractor’s reasons, the Contractor shall bear the consequences.
Deadline for proposal submission: 17h00 September 11th, 2023.
