To Whom It May Concern, We request your company attend competitive offer for Package no: Transportation and Utilization of fly ash and slag of Duyen Hai 2 thermal power project for 03-year contract and with option of the whole project life (25 years) at Dan Thanh commune, Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province Janakuasa Vietnam Ltd., Owner of Duyen Hai 2 thermal power project (TPP) with the installed capacity is 1320MW (2x660) located at Dan Thanh commune, Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province. Duyen Hai 2 TPP uses imported coal for power generation activities Product: about 350,000 tons of Fly Ash and Slag per year Transportation and Utilization of fly ash and slag of Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Plant shall comply with Prime Minister’s instruction No.08/CT-TTg dated 26/3/2021 and the applicable laws.
Scope of work
The Scope of Bidding includes but not limited to:
+ Transportation and Utilization of fly ash and slag for 03-year contract with option of the whole project life (25 years), including fly ash, slag of Duyen Hai 2 thermal power plant. The contract period for the ash and slag transportation in this proposal is expected from August or September 2023 onwards; +The transportation proposal & plan from bidders ought to include shipping from ash-jetty and land transport from ash-yard.
+Perform annual standard and regulation conformity papers according to regulations;
+ Other works required by laws and regulations regarding before/after Transportation and Utilization of fly ash and slag;
+ Service location: Mu U Ward, Dan Thanh Commune, Duyen Hai town, Tra Vinh province, Vietnam.
