Janakuasa Vietnam Limited is opeating Duyen Hai 2 thermal power plant. We are seeking a supplier (“the Supplier”) for Transfer Pricing Service following the requirement of Decree 132/2020/ND-CP, Decree 20/2017/ND-CP, Circular 66/2010/TT-BTC prescribing tax administration for enterprises having related-party transactions for period from 2016 to 2024.
Scope of work:
- Declaration Appendices (Including Appendix I, II, III) for each applicable year from 2016 to 2024
- Preparation of Local file for each applicable year from 2016 to 2024
- Preparation of Master file for each applicable year from 2016 to 2024.
